I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. Hello there! Let me start by introducing myself first... My name is Zaha aka Fleur. I have graduated with a master degree in Contemporary Fashion Design from IFA Paris. Since then I have been giving lessons to fashion students in Paris. I teach pattern making, draping, sewing, hand embroidery, natural dyeing techniques, creative techniques to develop a collection, different techniques of research and development, color theory, motif development, flat sketches, illustrations, etc... Basically everything you need to know about fashion! I pay careful attention to each of my students and then plan the lessons effectively so that it is more easier for them to understand and remember it in the long term. I have just finished my fashion studies which lasted 7 years, I studied in Belgium and Switzerland. I have already made a number of clothes, I also really like knitting and embroidery ... You want to learn the technique of sewing, knitting or other it is possible! Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board.
