I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. A nine-hour online workshop to explore your creativity and experiment with artistic techniques This workshop, suitable for all audiences, is designed to experiment with and explore artistic techniques. The results will surprise you. Any technique is an excuse to play, to break the rules, and to experiment. We should feel free to try without worrying about the final outcome. As an advocate of the creative process, I believe that the goal is not the result itself but rather an element we sometimes discover midway. Unleash your unconscious and flow throughout the process, which, on this occasion, is more important than the final result. We will enjoy the journey because it is the only thing that truly matters. In this workshop, we will express ourselves freely, release blockages, overcome fear to enhance our creative potential. We will also learn to break and discard the work we've done. Hello there! Let me start by introducing myself first... My name is Zaha aka Fleur. I have graduated with a master degree in Contemporary Fashion Design from IFA Paris. Since then I have been giving lessons to fashion students in Paris. I teach pattern making, draping, sewing, hand embroidery, natural dyeing techniques, creative techniques to develop a collection, different techniques of research and development, color theory, motif development, flat sketches, illustrations, etc... Basically everything you need to know about fashion! I pay careful attention to each of my students and then plan the lessons effectively so that it is more easier for them to understand and remember it in the long term. I also give out useful tips to my students time to time which can be further helpful for them.

I have just finished my fashion studies which lasted 7 years, I studied in Belgium and Switzerland. I have already made a number of clothes, I also really like knitting and embroidery ... You want to learn the technique of sewing, knitting or other it is possible! I therefore base my lessons on what I learned at school, and accompany you step by step in the project you want to achieve, from the drawing to the final creation. My classes are aimed at all levels combined, if you have never learned sewing or anything else it is of course possible, if you want to embark on an ambitious project it is possible too!
