I am a professional and certified yoga teacher with more than 10 years of experience. I am a woman yoga specialist, yoga therapist, pregnant mother yoga instructor, sports instructor, and reflexology expert.

I have participated in altogether 500 hours of yoga instructor training and also studied from an ayurvedic doctor. I also majored in Religion and Philosophy at the Buddhist College. I have developed a very efficient special woman yoga and yoga therapy system based on serious studies and many years of experience.

With this method, a lot of women can stay healthy and have recovered from woman illnesses – just like me – and have become fertile again and could finally have babies.
