“Meditation doesn’t work!” Has this thought ever crossed your mind? Maybe you’ve tried meditation or even done some mindfulness exercises. Meditation doesn't work.” And you are right. Meditation doesn’t work if what we are trying to do is bypass the difficulties and discomfort of being a human being.
