During each lesson we will work on building this skill by starting where the person is at, revising skills touched on, and building their confidence towards where they could be, because believing in yourself, is the first step to progression.

Arabic💐 Hello and welcome. I am Wafaa. I love the teaching profession, especially for children. It makes me live with them inside the classroom as if I were in a garden, playing, learning and competing away from the events of the world full of horrors. 🍭🍬 We will learn the basics of the Arabic language from the letters so that we can start reading at a high level. We also speak in classical Arabic to develop the skill of speaking Arabic using modern teaching strategies and methods. 💐 From the first class, the student can speak Arabic. I rely in my lessons on the Nooraniyah rule if the guardian wants to teach his son to read the Holy Quran, and also a special curriculum for the non-Arabic speaking student. As for if the guardian wants to teach reading, writing and grammar in Arabic, thank God we follow a group of books, most notably Arabic in your hands, basic education and Arabic language lessons, and there are other curricula from which I choose what suits the student's needs. 💐 In each class, we must practice the four language skills of listening, reading, writing and speaking, in an atmosphere of interaction between me and the student. 💐I can help you with your requirements that you seek in the Arabic language and the Holy Quran. My life is full of courses, meetings and readings in this field so that I am qualified to help you and you also to progress. I can give you advice away from the routine of work so that you can achieve yourself, succeed and be creative in your life through my experience and dealing with children and adolescents. 💐This field is not only for learning a language, but it gives us the abilities and will succeed in life, the language of the Qur’an that God honored makes us read and memorize the Qur’an to understand God’s messages to us. I teach the Holy Quran by dictation first for those who cannot read, then by spelling after giving a set of lessons to the student so that he can spell directly from the Holy Quran.

I've been an educator for over 20 years and have a Master's degree in Specific Learning Differences. I specialize in working with students with dyslexia and/or ADHD in literacy and math and am Orton-Gillingham trained. I've taught in public and private schools in the US, Singapore, and Bali, and I have been a private tutor for more than 10 years. I am a young lady in my twenties who is an English native. I am a psychologist by profession and have had experience working with students with learning disabilities although not certified. I have one year experience of teaching English online and one year experience of teaching our local language called Shona to non-Shona speakers. I love communicating with people from different walks of life so I to am a language learner. I speak very little Korean, little Portuguese and am working towards perfecting the two languages.

Teaching the Arabic language and the Holy Qur’an in the Noorani way for adults and children, and a memorization of the Holy Qur’an with Tajweed and corrected recitation. Our lesson is a simplified explanation of the rules of the language and reading, and we learn everything related to the Arabic language and the Qur’an easily and conveniently, and communication for non-Arabic speakers in English.

Decoding is a key skill that can unlock many opportunities, however the English language can be challenging to acquire. Through using proven teaching methods I am able to develop phonics skills to develop proficient, confident readers. I have tried my best to educate myself on different interventions that would help my students throughout my teaching journey. When it came to students with dyslexia, my research was taking me down several different avenues. There is a lot of information available on dyslexia interventions that are centered around personal successes. While these resources were helpful, I needed to take my interventions a step further for my students that were really struggling with reading. This is when I found Take Flight: A Comprehensive Intervention for Students with Dyslexia. What is Take Flight? Take Flight (TF) is a multisensory, structured approach to teaching written by the education staff of the Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia and Learning Disorders at Scottish Rite for Children (SRC) hospital. Take Flight builds on the success of previous dyslexia intervention programs developed at SRC: Alphabet Phonics, Dyslexia Training Program and TSRH Literacy Program. It is a two year, Orton-Gillingham based curriculum designed for students 7 years of age and older who have been identified as having dyslexia. The reason Take Flight initially caught my attention is because the whole program is developed based on research! Research and data! These are two words I absolutely love as an educator Who Can Administer Take Flight? Take Flight trained therapists are called Certified Academic Language Therapists (CALTs). CALTs have extensive training needed to serve students with dyslexia. In order to become a CALT a person must: Hold a bachelor’s degree Go through a two year training program Complete a minimum of 700 clinical teaching hours Submit video demonstrations, book reports and chapter reviews Complete a minimum of 200 instructional hours Pass an exam that results in certification by the Academic Language Therapy Association

I have trained in the Orton Gillingham approach for developing reading techniques for students with Dyslexia and reading difficulties. I focus on developing phonemes awareness and blending and segmenting words to create a foundational base for students. Students will develop Phonemic awareness and use various modalities to develop reading and writing skills.
