My courses are aimed at students of all levels. I also offer an exceptionally dedicated plan for first year baccalaureate students, offering ongoing support throughout the year for preparation and revision for exams, including the regional exam. Welcome to the Philosophy course at all levels by Manon, a passionate philosophy teacher and holder of a Philosophy degree. Whether you are a beginner in this discipline or want to deepen your knowledge, this course will allow you to explore fundamental philosophical concepts, prepare for the baccalaureate in philosophy, get help with your homework or even go over the basics essential. General philosophy: This course covers a full range of topics in philosophy, from metaphysical questions to ethical problems, epistemology and political philosophy. We will explore major philosophical theories, major schools of thought, and influential philosophers who have shaped our understanding of the world. You will develop a critical and in-depth vision of these concepts. Preparation for the philosophy baccalaureate: If you are preparing to take the baccalaureate philosophy test, this course is designed to provide you with the tools necessary for your success. We will study specific exam requirements, review recurring themes and frequently asked questions, and practice text analysis and essay exercises. You will be guided through the different stages of the exam, giving you the means to develop a solid and structured argument. To familiarize yourself with the exam format and practice in a targeted manner, we will use a corpus including past philosophy exam topics. You will have the opportunity to practice explaining text and writing essays based on these topics. We will analyze the different approaches and key points of these topics together, to build your confidence and mastery of the exam requirements. Philosophy homework help: If you need additional assistance with your philosophy homework, this course is the perfect opportunity to receive individualized support. I will help you clarify difficult concepts, deepen your understanding of philosophical texts, and improve your writing skills. The essay is a key component of the philosophy exam. During this program, I will teach you the techniques necessary to construct a strong and coherent essay. You will learn to formulate a clear problem, structure your argument, use relevant examples and develop a convincing conclusion. We will also review the assessment criteria used during the exam in order to prepare you optimally. We will look in detail at the methodology of text explanation, which is an essential skill for the philosophy exam. You will learn to rigorously analyze philosophical texts, identify the main ideas, decipher arguments and grasp the subtleties of concepts. Through practical exercises, you will develop your skills in critical reading and interpretation of philosophical texts. I teach GCSE or equivalent Religious Education, specialising in Christianity/Catholic Christianity, Judaism, Islam, HInduism, Sikhism and Buddhism. I have recently taught and examined AQA RS A and B. I teach the beliefs and practices of the religions and exam skills (how to answer exam questions, how to maximise time in exam settings). I can also teach the Irish curriculum in Religious Education.

Hello, I am Pablo García, a graduate in Philosophy from the University of Oviedo, holder of a master's degree in this field awarded by the universities of Oviedo, Salamanca and Valencia and I am currently a PhD student in Philosophy of Science at the University of Oviedo, and I am delighted to offer this online course to help those high school students who are having problems with this subject. The main objective of this class is to provide help to students who are having difficulties with this particular subject. From the pre-Socratics to the philosophers of suspicion, all the content required by the student will be taught, always in the most relaxed and friendly environment possible. Master's student in physics at EPFL and literary at heart, I obtained the baccalaureate with very good honors (19.8/20 general average) and willingly help in learning the French language and its literature. , its philosophy and its culture if interested. I offer to give French help lessons for all levels, occasionally or regularly, possibly accompanied by a "French fika" because I love pastries (shortbread, lemon cake, apple pie...) :) I have previously given lessons to children. Having several young nephews and nieces and having regularly carried out baby sittings, I am used to supervising children. Languages, grammar, literature and philosophy are essential subjects for our development in society! Having always enjoyed these subjects at school, and having studied law and political science at university, I will be happy to share my lessons and knowledge with you in the form of practical workshops and video discussions.

I propose to give lessons on the method in order to best succeed in the final philosophy exam. Indeed, the most important thing is to understand the method of constructing your essay. I am an enthusiastic educator with 4 years experience in teaching and tutoring. Being a native speaker of both English and German, I can help you improve your language skills starting at any level. I hold a degree in German Literature and Philosophy from the University of Oxford and have experience tutoring both subjects. For the past two years I worked as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school, preparing students to take their German GCSEs. My pedagogy relies essentially on my students’ personal goals. I generally offer a free first session of around thirty to forty-five minutes to exchange with students and familiarise myself with their objectives, whether it be academic support for their schoolwork, a desire to deepen their knowledge of the subject, or simply to improve their conversation and writing skills for my language classes. The next classes last about an hour with the number and frequency of sessions depending on the student’s needs. I teach all levels from beginners up to A-levels and work online.
