I am a CEDILS-certified Italian teacher born and raised in Florence, and I've also been a language student myself for a long time! If you want to be able to interact with Italians quickly, I can give you some tips about correct pronunciation, fundamental grammar, and vocabulary, but also Italian art and popular culture, which I think is fundamental to understanding the mentality and the country that you are going to interact with. I am an international contemporary art curator with 15 years experience working with public and private collections. I am currently undertaking a PhD, developing alternative contemporary art narratives within heritage collections.
