European History - Tutoring for all ages (beginners and/or advanced learners)

History is far more than memorizing names and dates, and I don't think it should be taught like that either. We work at understanding what happened and why it happened while understanding when it happened.
Whether you're preparing for an exam and need structured, results-based teaching, or prefer to have a more casual environment for discussion, I offer an engaging range of lessons focussing around a variety of historical periods.

Γειά σας! :) My name is Anastasia and I'm enthusiastic about teaching the Greek language!! I love having new students from all over the world, watching them make progress and helping them reach their goals fast and efficiently. Even though learning Greek is considered to be hard, I can promise you that it can become very easy, fun & quick - we can make it together! Whether you are a total beginner or you are already familiar with the language and looking for some practice, I'm here for you to help you in the best possible way! Our lessons will be adjusted to your private needs as a student. I always plan the lesson beforehand (creating a new file for every lesson and for each student separately) and give you some exercises for home, so you can practice what we learn. Moreover, we regularly revise what we learn by having a gamelike quiz which students seem to find very entertaining! And - what's more important - do not forget that I'm here for you 24/7 to answer gladly anytime any questions that you might have!
I specialise in teaching English as a second language to learners and adults in an engaging and effective way. The offered courses are tailor-made in order to fit perfectly to every individual's needs. My approach to language learning follows the communicational paradigm, meaning that the main purpose is to help you use English in everyday contexts rather than make you memorize grammar rules and endless vocabulary lists.

Historical Warfare / Geopolitics for Beginners and Fun!
This class is for fellow history lovers or those looking to learn more about history. I have a keen personal interest in various eras of history and a high knowledge on said eras. I mainly specialize in historical warfare, alike the second world war or the Napoleonic wars, as well at the politics of the eras of interest. This class is for mainly beginners, for people who wish to gain either more information on a specific historical era / event, or those who wish to learn about them in its entirety. This all being said, my main historical learning points range from the 1600s to modern day, anything previous and youll find me lacking, please keep this in mind when picking me! And again, keep in mind i mainly focus on the Warfare aspects and Political aspects.
