About Me

Hey there🙋‍♀️!

"YOGA IS FOR EVERYBODY AND EVERY BODY."

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years, but for 3 years I have been teaching it full time after obtaining 3 certificates: RYT-500hrs (Yoga Alliance) and WYS-200hrs (World Yoga Alliance) in Hatha, Ashtanga and Multistyle.
It was after a long reflection that I decided to leave my career as a Communication Director to devote myself solely to sharing my yoga practice.

My experience as a student and as a teacher has allowed me to teach students from all over the world: India, US, UK, Australia, Singapore, France, Italy, etc. As a freelancer, I gave lessons in studios, privately, corporate within different companies and this in face-to-face, online and sometimes, both at the same time. So far I have taught in English and French, but I also speak other languages such as Italian, Spanish, German, etc.

For me, the most important thing is to meet the needs and goals of my students and that they leave my classes with a feeling of well-being, with a smile on their face. This is why, if I prepare my lessons, I also have the ability to adapt to the wishes of my students.

In addition to my yoga training, I also obtained additional certifications in Reiki and Singing Bowls in order to be able to bring a little more relaxation and positive energy during my classes.

Do you want to notice your improvement by yourself? Ashtanga is for you! Ashtanga is an intense practice which will help you to detoxify your body. However, everybody can start to practice it.
A Vinyasa practice is made for awaking your energy in the whole body. We link the yoga asana (poses) a little bit like a choreography. This practice can be slow or more intense depending on your needs. Any level is welcome for this class!
The core is the center of the body. Here are the benefit of increasing the strength of your core: -It will give you a better posture in your daily life when you walk, when you seat, etc. -It will give you a better alignment in your yoga practice - It can help you to reduce backpain issues - you will feel stronger in your mind, too. All levels are welcome!
Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice of yoga. You will build your flexibility, strength and balance with softness and fun. It's recommended for beginners who wants to discover yoga, intermediate who wants to improve or advanced for keeping moving forward on their journey. My classes always included pranayama (breath technics), warm-up and of course, relaxation.

Yoga is an amazing tool I discovered more than10 years ago. With the help of yoga you will be able to release tensions and emotions that you have been carrying around with you for years. Subsequently, you will make space for new things to unfold in your body and Life! Don’t watch the process happen on other people but start today. I will guide you with body, mind and spirit into this practice with a lot of asanas. Some women will discover they can leave the medical pill box aside for relieving period cramps for example. Many claim to have found a solution for their anxiety, insomnia or depression. A mindful practice comes from your own input. As a 200 Hour yoga Teacher and 50 hour FlyHighYoga teacher I will be your guide and coach to embark on your journey with a variety of purposes - be it weight loss, toning, relieving stress, controlling emotions, going through a difficult phase in life, curing pain and symptoms, staying in shape, improving flexibility or practicing to become a professional.We will do different asanas in conjunction with the phases of the moon. Additionally, I work with breathing - the power of breathing is an add-on to your yoga practice. With the control of your breath you can actually turn off the mind when it’s spinning - this will give you clarity. Nonetheless, it’s a very powerful way to cleanse your airways and lungs. The lungs fight pathogens on a daily basis - but have you ever wondered when you actually cleanse them ? I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class. Are you ready for this journey ? (Beginner, intermediate or advanced welcome) Pilates, Barre and other classes available with me on demand. I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes. You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor. Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.
