Dance is a fantastic feel-good activity that can be enjoyed by anyone!

Whether you're looking to try something new, revisit a past hobby, improve your fitness or focus more on your wellbeing, I provide fun, accessible, engaging dance classes!

I have 12 years of experience as a dance teacher, teaching children from age 3 upwards as well as adults! I am also experienced in teaching inclusive classes for wheelchair users and those with physical disabilities.

The main styles I teach are ballet, contemporary, street dance, and dance fitness. Classes are tailored to suit you, so we can work on specific moves or dance routines as you wish!

About Me

Hello, I'm Rachel!

Dance has been the primary focus and source of enjoyment for me throughout my childhood, education and career. My main focus as a dance teacher is encouraging my students to find a love for dance and movement, and, through that, develop confidence to explore their potential.

My previous experiences have led me to realise just how much of a great impact dance can have on people's wellbeing. Especially now, at a time when physical and mental wellbeing is paramount, we can really benefit from using dance as an outlet for our energy and feelings. I firmly believe that dance can provide us with a unique opportunity to express ourselves and learn life skills, as well as develop physical skills and practice an active lifestyle.

My classes uniquely aim to strike a balance: providing high-quality training in dance technique with a strong emphasis on creativity and freedom of expression.
