Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes. You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor. Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.
