We will cover fundamental communication procedures compliant with latest regulations from UK CAA and EASA, to give you a head start in ground school and prepare you for the exam. We can tackle both VFR and IFR communication principles, depending on your level. Additionally, I am more than happy to give you an introduction into radio navigation, which overlaps with communication and requires more theoretical preparation from the aspect of physics as well as technical English vocabulary. We would cover the aviation language used whilst using ground based navigation aids/beacons/approach systems. You would also learn about radio waves propagation, frequencies used most commonly in aviation for each system, signal strengths and intensities, as well as known errors.
