Private music lessons for all who enjoy the sound of violin and wants to learn how to play this wonderful instrument or to improve their playing skills. Also I include music theory and solfeggio to my classes if there is a need. As an experienced teacher I adapt my teaching methods to the needs, age and character of each student. With my youngest students I use mostly Suzuki teaching method combined with Serbian/Russian school which makes my educational background. Now I have over 10 years of experience with students from all around the world. As I enjoy teaching my profesional goal is to share my passion for music and transfer it to my students. I am also very active as violin player. I am a member of a few chamber orchestras and I also play electric violin in one modern electric string quartet.

I offer a flexible approach to each student, depending on their level and artistic pursuits. The goal is to guide the student's progress in the musical genres they are interested in exploring (classical repertoire, tango, folklore, pop, etc.), always keeping in mind technical improvement and the development of a musical sense that allows them to express themselves freely when playing.

I am a professional musicologist and violinist with a master's degree from a conservatory. I teach using special methods that I developed over my 20 years of experience. I create myself special music gadgets in order to make the learning process interesting and enjoyable, especially for the often feared subject of Music Theory.

My name is Lauren I am a violist and composer based in Schöppingen, Germany. I received my Bachelors Degree in Viola Performance at The Juilliard School in 2019, and have since taught music lessons online and in-person since 2013. I have experience teaching students of all ages, from 3-80. I teach classical music, improvisation, even electronics, if that is of interest. I always cater to the needs and interests of my students, creating an individualized lesson plan for them. I have studied Alexander Technique, and always emphasize the importance of physical health and comfort in my instrumental teaching. When teaching composition - I enjoy discovering the creativity of each student, helping them find their individual voice. I can teach Dorico Notation Software, Adobe Illustrator, Logic Pro X, and Ableton. I currently teach students internationally, and can accomodate other time zones. I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools/muziekacademies). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination.
