I provide piano, voice, composition and music theory lessons for all levels and ages. 11 years of piano teaching and music theory experience. 8 years of composition teaching experience and 5 years of experience in GCSE preparation. Able to teach various genres. I have a holistic approach on piano teaching and an adaptable teaching style based on the ability, needs and aims of my tutees. A typical recommended lesson would be 1h, were I work on technique, theory and performance practice. I am currently the Head of Music at City academy Islington, running the department and ensuring my students have high quality lessons. I have worked as a piano teacher in various institutions. In the past years I have worked as soloist (Piano and Operatic singing) with the National Opera of Greece, National Theatre of Northern Greece, and other organizations.

I have a Masters of Music from Trinity Laban College of Music and Dance (London), studying under Roger Chase, and a Masters in Fine Art from Gothenburg University (Sweden) with Øvyor Volle (Vertavo Quartet). I also studied in the USA at the Manhattan School of Music, New York, and Chicago College of Performing Arts. I work as a professional viola player across the UK and Scandinavia, with such orchestras as Bergen, Norwegian Radio, Gothenburg Symphony, Norrkoping Symphony, Jonkoping Sinfonietta, Aarhus Symphony, and English National Ballet Philharmonic. I am also a music arranger and transcriber. I can give lessons once or twice a week. Please note that twice a week does allow for fast progression. At the end of the semester every student will perform at the winter and summer concerts held every year and will have the possibility of making a recording session with the material worked during the term. With this, the student will not only be able to see his progress and work, but also will give him a direct experience of performing and working on a live or studio recording session, which is a fundamental part of the developing process of every musician.
