I teach with different methods depending the person’s age, and personality.

I have had experience with children who were starting studying music and flute, including those preparing for their entrance exam to an academy! Hi! I'm a violinist currently finishing a Master's in Music at Royal Conservatory in Ghent. I started playing violin at the age of 6, and studying with numerous professors made me realize how important an individualized pedagogical approach is for good development. My aim is to motivate students to be creative and enjoy playing music, helping them express their own ideas. A relaxed and natural technique is always one of my focuses, to avoid future injuries and to find ease while playing that will allow you to explore your musicality and feel free.

In the singing lessons we will work with your own voice! We investigate where your points of improvement lie and what you are already good at. Are you a beginner? Then we focus on a basic formation of singing technique in combination with singing songs that you like to sing. Are you an experienced singer before? Then we go a little deeper into vocal technique by looking at where the difficulties lie for your voice with challenging songs. We get started with the songs you like to sing. If you prefer solfège or a combination of the two, that is certainly possible too! I myself have been working for 4 years in a private music school where I give singing and piano lessons.
