Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. Bach Chorales, the bane of any music student! You will learn a variety of composition techniques to reduce the amount of stress it takes to try and solve the rubix cube that is a Bach Chorale, and also learn how to apply what is learned into further composition, should that be the goal!
