This course is above all there to make you want to play bass, let it be fun! It will be based on the practice of the instrument, on the understanding and the role of the bass. The theory will be based on the progress of the practice. Step by step, practice and theory will thus be complementary, and will necessarily be useful! You will be able to learn the basics in French language like; greetings, introducing yourself, names of places, telling your tastes and preferences, learning the French alphabet, some vocabulary, grammar, verb conjugations etc.. With this knowledge, a person will be able to tell the name of a place, introduce themselves, sustain a basic conversation among other things.

For many people improvisation is a scary word and having to improvise in a group or band is an alarming prospect. However, this really does not need to be the case. As long as you have a basic knowledge of how to play your instrument you will be able to improvise. Once you know the principle of how chords are formed you will soon be improvising with ease. If you play a keyboard instrument you will be able to improvise your own pieces and be able to entertain your friends at a moments notice. On the other hand if you play in a band or a group you will be well equipped to do a real 'jam' session. Whether you play a single line instrument (flute, saxophone, trumpet, violin etc.) or keyboard instruments, this class is for you.

People have always used music to express their feelings. Writing music is one of the best ways to share your thoughts with others. You can tell your story without a single word. In this course, I'm going to share with you my some of the composition techniques that I know. Also, at the class we are going to hear music of different composers and discuss it and then write our own music. This course is for all levels, you can start from the beginning or improve your existing knowledge in Composition.
