A passionate teacher of Japanese (my native language), I offer personalized, interactive courses adapted to all levels. 🍡 Build your grammar foundations My comprehensive courses are based on books such as Minna no Nihongo or Irodori, as well as my own materials (slideshows, personalized documents). We approach vocabulary, grammar, conversation and listening in a progressive and interactive way. Are you a beginner? No worries, we will work from the basics using French or English to help you. If you already have some knowledge, we will choose together the grammar points on which you will focus to progress effectively :) 🍡 Advanced Reading and Listening For learners who already have a solid foundation, these courses help strengthen your reading and listening skills. If you have texts or content that you would like to explore, we will use them in class. Otherwise, I will provide you with resources adapted to your level and interests! 🍡 JLPT exam preparation Prepare effectively for the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test), a recognized exam that validates your level of Japanese. Whether it's to boost your chances for studies, a job or simply to challenge yourself, my courses will guide you with targeted exercises and strategies adapted to your level. In the first lesson, we will discuss in Japanese/French/English to assess your level of Japanese, your expectations for the Japanese course, as well as the books we will use. Each one-hour lesson takes place online or at my home in Prilly. Organize your classes at your own pace: once a week, every two weeks, or even in intensive sessions lasting several hours! Konnichiwa (Hello), I am Japanese native from Osaka and currently living in Geneva, Switzerland. I teach at Japanese School in Geneva and also offer private Japanese lessons from a complete beginner including children to an advanced learner. After understanding each learner's level, interest and goal, I will offer a main textbook and overview of the course plan. I will be using balanced approach that will improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing through proven textbooks, exercises and weigh on the practical conversations. For JLPT preparation, I will offer lessons with the text suitable for the target level across required skills. I can teach in Japanese or English fluently and in French to a limited extent. Another important feature of my lessons is the quality of my follow-up reviews. My reviews are meticulous, complete with footnotes that offer supplementary information. Because of my detailed feedback students not only learn during my lesson, but after it as well.
