As a native English speaker qualified in primary teaching, I can support your child with the British & IB English and language curriculums as well as supporting with homework. I will provide English tutoring to a small group of students or individual students to address student gaps. I will support and guide students to achieve success and realise their potential. I will help manage student’s learning and provide a high quality learning experience.

I'm happy to help you if you need a hand with your homework and/or to review any or all of your subjects. I'm a science teacher, but I can help you with English. If you live in Catalonia, I can also help you with Catalan. If you need me, don't hesitate.

My experience? One of my first studies was Fontys Lerarenopleiding (Tilburg) to be a Spanish teacher. Part of this was teaching Spanish to teenagers at a high school, being a Dutch tutor for my university classmates, and staying in Madrid to study at the University of Nebrija for a month. I have something like 10 years of experience in teaching classes: individual and group, with children and adults, online and face to face. I live in Spain (now in Barceloneta) with my partner since 2019, I have studied in Chile for 5 months and 3 months in Mexico for my master's degree. Normally the foreign language is learned in an unnatural way by focusing on grammar and writing, when in reality we know that a language is learned first by speaking and then by reading and writing. Just as young children do, remembering and associating. Learning to use and enjoy a language is the basis for learning to read and write later. With this inversion of the order of the factors, the learning of grammatical rules and spelling is not forgotten, but rather they can be learned more easily as soon as they begin to acquire oral skills.

I am a 24-year-old german native speaker that speaks English fluently. I would like to tutor all levels of speakers. I have given lessons through Apprentus for four years now and helped to prepare students for language tests, job interviews and high school tests. Throughout that time I have tutored students whose mother tongues were English, Dutch, French, Chinese, Greek and Japanese. I have given English classes in Germany for 2 years prior to tutoring through Apprentus and therefore have 6 years of experience with teaching languages. My lessons will be adjusted towards the level of the speaker, and I will, of course, prepare every elaborately thought-through lesson beforehand.

I am a recently graduated psychologist, I provide reinforcement classes for preschool, primary or ESO students. My goal is to help them understand the concepts and be able to apply them to tasks, also help them do their homework and prepare for exams.

If you are about to learn any of these languages - you obviously have a purpose. I am not going to give you exercises from books, that’s not how it actually works. We will work on something else - understanding. First of all, i can explain you or your child WHY do you need a language, and then just teach :)

Hello! I'm Ariadna, a student of International Business and Marketing at UPF. I finished ESO and social baccalaureate with an average greater than 9. For more than 5 years I have been giving private lessons to primary, ESO and high school students.
