About Me
I am a Kundalini and ISHTA Yoga teacher with more that twenty five years of experiences. I am able to guide you through active exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.The goal of this practice is to understand that your are not only your physical body. This is important to understand in order to let go, heal and be able to handle life challenges.Kundalini exercise transform the physical body building muscles and define your figure. Breathing exercises keep you healthy, strong and your skin youthful. The ability to truly let get is the best you can do in behalf of your immune system.
Education
In the late 1980’s I became a certified chef and started to travel the world. Until then I had not paid much attention to didn’t like exercises. I did however like being still and listening to my inside voice and used it as a guide to make decisions. One of them was to become a vegetarian at the age of fourteen.I practiced and studied in the mid 1990’s with teachers in India traditional Yoga. I explored years of Iyengar teachings and challenged myself with the practice of daily Ashtanga yoga. I always would return to the daily routine of Kundalini yoga because it is the essential practice for busy people who also seek deep relaxation and meditation exercise to be able to withdraw from our busy schedule.
In Japan I was introduced to ISHTA Yoga which was perfect because I had studied a lot of the life science Ayurveda when living in India.Originally I took my first Kundalini Yoga in Germany back in 1996 and dedicated myself to the studies of self discovery.

As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes.
You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor.
Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.
