1) Ashtanga yoga is a style of sequence which is always in the same order of execution and which never changes
2) my vinyasa is a mix of Ashtanga and other yoga. The sequences are fluid and continuous. This is my most requested court.
3) my yin yoga is deep work. The challenge is to hold the positions the longest
