Through personalised sessions and group classes, we helped several individuals embrace healthier living through Mindfulness Meditation and Restorative Breathing. We specialize in Mindfulness Meditation and Restorative Breathing also known as Pranayama which is a slow, deep, regular, and rhythmic breathing pattern that relaxes and clears the mind and enhances overall health and happiness. As a result, you will experience relief of chronic pain, reduced stress and anxiety levels, strengthening of the spine as well as an improvement in memory and sleep.

We offer virtual yoga through our online classes. This is a private one-on-one yoga sessions. These classes are designed to improve your physical and mental health from any location. Our live online yoga sessions are a great way to incorporate yoga into your busy routine.

Carol is a Wellness Advisor, has also been practicing yoga since 2001, having received training and initial certification in 2006 from BodyWorks as a Yoga Instructor in the Cayman Islands. In 2012, she received additional Therapeutic Training and earned her certification from Functional Synergy Inc. in Toronto, Canada, and a certificate in advanced sports and exercise nutritional advisor in 2017, from the Health Sciences Academy in London, England. Specializing in Meditation, Restorative Mindfulness and Breathing is also known as Pranayama which is a slow, deep, regular, and rhythmic breathing pattern that relaxes and clears the mind and enhances overall health and happiness. These effects, in turn, relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and anxiety, improves memory and sleep, and strengthens the spine.

Trained in Casablanca in Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Nidra Meditation, I now teach in Marrakech at the Fairmont Royal Palm. Bikram is a powerful, physical yoga practice that is initially practiced in a heated room. However, all 26 postures can also be practiced in Hatha Yoga. Yin Yoga is a gentle and restorative yoga. The postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice helps the body achieve deep relaxation. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that combines breath and movement. “Meditation doesn’t work!” Has this thought ever crossed your mind? Maybe you’ve tried meditation or even done some mindfulness exercises. Sure, they might have helped you relax, maybe encouraged you to take a deep breath or two (or more) and maybe you felt a bit better. But then you got sick and scared, or had a fight with your partner, or yelled at a stranger. And you thought, “Well, eff that. I’ve been meditating for days/months/years and I’m still a jerk. Meditation doesn't work.” And you are right. Meditation doesn’t work if what we are trying to do is bypass the difficulties and discomfort of being a human being. If you are trying to change who you are. Then meditation definitely doesn’t work. But it does work if what you are seeking is to suffer less. Or at least to suffer well.
