Recommended classes for All Levels. Practice with me as much as you want on any digital device or come to my studio on designated class hours. The classes are hybrid with online and/or offline session happening. I offer a variety of flow and sequences depending on your personal needs and goals. Whether you need to tone your body or relieve aches and pains, get more of your yoga practice, and go deeper, there is something for everybody practicing yoga with me.

Extra information

From the comfort of your own home, I will be guiding you step by step virtually to work with your alignment and posture. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Make sure the room is well ventilated and no fan or air-conditioned during the practice. Please have a light stomach or a minimum of 2-3 hours after a meal. If you have any Hypertension, Cardiac issues, Vertigo, Arthritis, spinal injury, abdominal surgery, and other health conditions, clinical depression, you may not practice, unless it is recommended by your doctor.

About Me

In trying to overcome my fears and anxieties, I need to overcome all of my Kleshas. Chitta Vrttis, the fluctuation of my mind stems from the feeling of inadequacy as a child. These negative feelings of insecurities; afraid of not being loved, not being accepted, afraid of being alone, afraid of being hurt, feeling not good enough, disappointments, sadness, and sorrow. Not feeling loved for who I'm, being judged, humiliated, and left alone.

These inadequacies and power struggle wreak havoc on my personal life. I need to learn the Right knowledge and remove the wrong identification I put on myself. And what do I do? I did it what I was afraid of: I surfed, dived, bought myself a custom motorcycle, and drove it all alone. I channeled my negative emotions into creative outlets and learned the step-by-step necessary to transform my ideas into creative projects.

These activities forced me to be self-aware, self-reliant, concentrate, and focus in the present moment. Yoga is concentration. I understand, in accordance for me to live here peacefully, I need to accept everything as it is. The world doesn't have to be some other way or another for me to be happy. I developed healthier eating habits, immersed myself in the study of Yoga and yoga practice. Above all else, I accept myself as I am with its strength and weaknesses, its beauty, blemishes, and sorrow. I've realized that we are divine souls having human experiences.

In the process of self-discovery and transformation, as B.K.S. Iyengar rightly said: "To get the best out of an instrument, one must know how it works. The mind is the instrument for thinking, and therefore it is necessary to consider how it functions."

“Meditation doesn’t work!” Has this thought ever crossed your mind? Maybe you’ve tried meditation or even done some mindfulness exercises. Sure, they might have helped you relax, maybe encouraged you to take a deep breath or two (or more) and maybe you felt a bit better. But then you got sick and scared, or had a fight with your partner, or yelled at a stranger. And you thought, “Well, eff that. I’ve been meditating for days/months/years and I’m still a jerk. Meditation doesn't work.” And you are right. Meditation doesn’t work if what we are trying to do is bypass the difficulties and discomfort of being a human being. If you are trying to change who you are. Then meditation definitely doesn’t work. But it does work if what you are seeking is to suffer less. Or at least to suffer well.
