I give French lessons for beginners and intermediate levels. The courses can consist, according to the needs of the student, of communication and oral techniques, pronunciation or writing. I have an efficient and easy method to help students do their exercises and excel in their classes. Just be serious when learning, and in turn I am your faithful support to succeed in this task. I am a native American English speaking instructor, editor, and journalist from Florida specializing in editing, the drafting of articles, text correction, and proofreading for a wide range of professionals & students across Belgium and Europe. Hi, I'm Spencer, an American who has lived in Spain since 2008. I have over 14 years of experience as a teacher and teach classes for all levels. I also coach students for grades A1 through C2. A class consists of 15-20 minutes of textbook grammar that I use or from your course, and the rest of the class is conversation, because for me, a language is meant to be used, not just studied. We don't just review your homework; if you want to write essays, that's also possible. Although I take my work very seriously, I always try to have a laugh with you, too, because learning a language doesn't have to be all that serious. Besides, learning a language can be a lot of fun. I teach Dutch to children, adapted to the level of the child, the age and the goals that wish to be achieved. The lessons can be given entirely in Dutch, or with explanations and translations in English where necessary (if the child speaks English). With young children I often use cheerful images, games and songs to learn the language in a playful way. From experience, this also works fine online, via video calls.
