PhD at University of California teaches Propositional Logic, First-Order Logic, and Non-Classical Logics.
In my classes, I employ a dynamic and engaging teaching approach that combines traditional lectures, thought-provoking exercises, and challenging logical puzzles. I firmly believe that philosophy is not an isolated discipline but rather a vital link between various other sciences and real-world problems. As such, my teaching philosophy revolves around exploring the intricate interplay between philosophy and other scientific disciplines, bridging the gap between theory and practical applications.

Business school student (EDHEC) gives math and English lessons from middle school to high school in Lille. Experience as a tutor at EDHECI mainly teach math lessons from middle school to high school.
Before starting the lessons, I need to get in touch with the student to know their level, the areas where they want to improve and their objectives.
Depending on the level, I adapt the work seen in class to the different points of improvement and suggest exercises consistent with what the student is stuck on.
At the same time, I go over point by point the elements that were not for the student (in the Ds and the questions) I rework the exercises seen in class.
Finally, and this is the most important, I advise the student on his working methods, with what state of mind to approach the exercises.
I can also provide homework help in subjects other than mathematics: I got 17 in the HEC philosophy exams and I didn't get below 18 in subjects such as SES, Philosophy and history in the BAC.
I recommend at least one math lesson per week in order to take stock of the week; it is regularity that allows progress.
As a Tutor at EDHEC I already have experience of courses with high schools.
I am a calm, composed and educational person.
In terms of math, I got 18 in my math baccalaureate and then I went to a HEC preparatory class at Louis-Le-Grand in advanced math where I had more than 12 hours of math per week.

Classes will be catered specifically according to each student, however I will often ask for them to come along with recent examples of written work, or practice papers/questions.

Indeed, the most important thing is to understand the method of constructing your essay. Based on the courses and the concepts, together we will seek to write ideas and concepts in a "logical" way for the construction of the argument that is requested.
Obviously, I remain open to any special request; do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your desires/expectations.

Introduction to Proof Writing for University StudentsWhat you will learn here is to reason, write, and read like a mathematician. The book we follow is Velleman's "How To Prove It", which provides a systematic attempt to reason with proofs. The book will cover Logic, Sets, Proofs, Relations, Functions, Induction, and Infinite Sets, and they are the basis for all mathematical literature. The background of calculus is not needed rather only algebra & trigonometry, and a determined, and humble, spirit.
