Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...). For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (...). Depending on your goals, you can learn, if you wish, to play 60 to 80% of current music from the first lessons, which often use the same chords and the same techniques. The objectives take into consideration the following points: -Study of various playing techniques, chords, harmony, music of your choice, rhythm, with reading of tablature, teaching structured around the repertoire you like, technique of developing the musical ear - Discovery of the neck, notes and basic positions of open chords - Left / right hand coordination and rhythm exercises for the right hand - Learning of different pieces of your choice - Left hand control exercises, speed and precision - Learning arpeggios - Work around muscle memory - Learning improvisation, musical play with others - Ear training: use your ears to find chords, melodies, sounds and techniques used -Spend a pleasant moment of exchange, without unnecessary institutional pressure, while obtaining concrete results -Understand and discover the many facets of an exciting and user-friendly instrument - Benefit from personalized advice on your posture and certain pitfalls to avoid when starting alone -Adjust and clarify your self-taught knowledge - Learn tablatures / tabs & in English. Note : - Possibility to use the guitar available on site, during the test phase. - As our teacher is also a singing teacher, it is possible to combine the two disciplines: guitar + vocal instrument, and to work on synchronization, style and accuracy. - Possibility of offering this course (birthday, party, Christmas, event ...) to the person of your choice. The kanun is an instrument of the zither family, used historically in various cultures including Arabic, Armenian, Turkish and Greek. I am a professional performer and hold a Bachelor's degree in Musicology from the University of Ioannina (Greece), specializing in the kanun. I am also currently a Master's student at the University of Macedonia (Greece) where I will be researching novel orchestrations of Greek art music of the 1960s, using the kanun. In the lesson we will be focusing on technique, repertoire (mainly Greek and Ottoman), makam theory and elements of taksim improvisation. The level and pace of lessons will completely adapt to the needs and interests of each student.

Shakuhachi is a traditional Japanese bamboo flute. It is unique in historical sense, Shakuhachi was played in Edo period, not as a musical instrument but a tool for Buddhism training. It also has very unique character as a wind instrument, and there is very satisfying pleasure to play it. In this class, we would like to share the joy and mindfulness of Shakuhachi playing. It is sometimes hard to make sound with Shakuhachi, but there is so much to be inspired by feeling your breath turning into the sound, by playing the instrument. Koudou Tsugami is a professional Shakuhachi player, who has finished both the Bachelor and Master course at the Tokyo University of the Arts. Along with playing in concerts and lives, he also gives lessons daily and teach in workshops for beginners more than 50 times a year.

Fueled by my love for music, I moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands, to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Codarts University of Arts. Under the guidance of teachers like Natasha Morozova and Hed Yaron Meyerson, I refined my skills and nurtured my artistic vision. After completing my Bachelor's studies, I continued my musical exploration in Codarts' Master's program. Alongside my classical training, I've always been intrigued by the therapeutic potential of music. In 2023, I earned certification in Music Therapy, expanding my horizons and deepening my connection to the healing power of music. In collaboration with my colleagues, I am member of the Olga Trio. Our mission is to highlight the works of women composers throughout history. Our debut performance at the IV Concurso Nacional de Interpretación de Obras de Mujeres Compositoras was a proud moment, affirming our commitment to amplifying diverse voices in music.
