Dance classes for beginners or intermediates

You want to dance your love on the day of your wedding but don't want to do it the "usual" way? I won't teach you bachata, tango or a slow dance. You will let me know your needs, your ideas and what you feel comfortable with doing with the music of your choice! From 6 months ahead to 2 weeks before the big day, I will make sure that both of you will be ready to make everyone cry (or laugh because why not?) and your kids be proud of your first dance as a married couple!

I am running my dance class near to Utrecht central and also take online class. We are also perform in Events and wedding coregraphy . All type of Indian Folk Dance is under one roof . Specifically Rajasthani, Bhangra , GUJRATI GARBA TRAINING PROVIDES in online and offline mode .

Dance is the best workout for the mind and body. In my class we will start from where you are, whether it is your first class or you have been training for years, I am here to help you feel your best. PILATES - whether you are a beginner or have been in the Pilates game for awhile--I'm here to help. I like to give a 30-45min class that combines classic moves with a contemporary twist to give a full body workout. If you are a dancer I also offer a dance themed class which helps sarget specific muscles that dancers benefit from.

In addition to ballet classes and stretching, I also provide audition preparation and competition training variations. My ballet class is typically divided into two parts: Barre and Center, which include adagio, pirouettes, and jumps. We can reserve time for pointe technique upon request as well. During classes, attention is given not only to the technical aspects of the combinations provided but also to their musicality and the logic of movements. Detailed analysis is also provided on which muscles should be engaged in each movement and what sensations the student should experience when executing the steps correctly. It would be great if you could share a video of your class or variation performance before our first class. This will allow me to assess your level and make our lesson as productive as possible.

These classes are tailored for your specific needs and desires in order to start you off OR continue your journey on your love for dance/ballet/Pilates/PBT. Including toning techniques, artistry and musicality explanations, dynamic practises and anything else you may want to investigate or expand your potential in this area from a highly qualified and experienced professional ballerina and teacher.

Italo, a dancer trained at the Conservátorio Cearense de Dança in Brazil, currently a dancer with the National Theatre in Belgrade in Serbia, has had a career of great effort and dedication alongside great professionals both during his period of studies in Brazil and in Italy, in which he has already received medals and trophies for prizes such as best dancer and scholarships!

I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. Ciar is a recent graduate of Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance; a versatile queer dance artist freelancing in London with a background in Hip-Hop, Circus Arts, Classical Ballet and Contemporary dance. I hope to offer everyone an exciting and enjoyable time whilst pushing thier physical capabilities. Dance should be fun! My class explores a choreographic style of contemporary dance with clear influences from Cunningham technique and my recent expirience working with Jason Mabana. The work will challenge your coordination, rhythm, attention to detail and demostrate a contemporary application of classical teachnical forms, but all through explorative and original material. The class is structured like any other technical class, each exercise desinged to methodicaly warm up and work the body, building on the previous exercises, before culminating in a longer choreography where we can pull everything together and just have a boogie. I can tailor the work to each student however I would reccomend having some technical expirience, classical or contemporary.

In these sessions you'll crawl, stretch, and flow through playful, strength-building movements inspired by nature’s creatures, blending flexibility, balance, and power. With a mix of crawling, lunging, and twisting, you’ll boost mobility and strength while having fun.

After training in Ballet & Contemporary at Rambert School, I danced professionally for over a decade with companies such as Richard Alston Dance Company, National Dance Company Wales and Michael Clark Company. I can teach and coach on a range of contemporary dance styles, choreography and performance and audition skills. We will improve strength & flexibility, improve coordination and develop technique. I primarily danced with Cunningham technique but have good experience of other techniques such as Graham, release and Gaga. As a qualified physiotherapist, I can also teach about the anatomy of a dancer and how to look after the body and overcome injury. I look forward to supporting younger students to enjoy dance whilst also developing their technique, musicality and dance proficiency.

I have experience working with young people, supporting siblings and peers, and am familiar with the IGCSE and A-Level syllabuses, along with key revision guides like CGP, to provide targeted exam preparation.
