As a native English speaker living in Prague, my goal is to offer you high quality English lessons that cater to your individual needs and interests. I am TEFL certified (The Language House, Prague) and have over a year of experience teaching learners from various linguistic backgrounds (from complete beginner to advanced levels), both online and in-person. While I have primarily taught teens and adults, I completed a Young Learners TEFL course which equips me with tools to work with children and younger adolescents. Additionally, I have a BA in Comparative Literature and Philosophy (First class, University of St Andrews), so I am especially qualified to help with any topics related to reading and writing.

I am an experienced, native-speaking English teacher from the USA. I have taught both in my home country and in many countries abroad, instructing native speakers as well as second language learners. I have a teaching certification as well as experience teaching both Math and Science with English as the instructional language. Through my experience I have gained particular expertise with test preparation like the GRE, CAE, GMAT, CPE, TOEFL, and TOEIC, just to name a few. I recently had a student score 8 on IELTS and another score 1480 on the SAT.
