    I've been practicing yoga since 2010, and giving yoga classes in Paris since 2015.
    My yoga classes will be modified according to your needs. It always starts with meditations and continues with physical practice. I will give a small neck massage at the end and you will enjoy your final meditation.

    I am specialized in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative(Healing) yoga but not only. I practiced various types of yoga and made up my own yoga sequences.
    You will understand yoga more and practice yoga with your consciousness.

    I will do my best hands-on and cue for your alignments.

    My name is Sung-ah and I am from South Korea.
    I am an International yoga instructor by RYT200.


    Yoga is not just physical practice, it's fulfilling with mindful meditation, disciplines, enlightenment, etc. I am giving private yoga classes according to my students. I do my best to help my students and understand their needs. My yoga class starts / finishes with meditations and I give a small neck massage at the end for better relaxations.

    My private yoga classes can vary in Vinyasa / Hatha / Yin(Restorative), etc.

In addition to traditional yoga, I have experience using yoga as a physical and mental preparation for freediving (apnea), a discipline I also practice.
