Journey Through Time: Unveiling the Stories of History

I teach a broad range of art classes from fine art to digital 3d modeling I like to introduce my students to art history and to help them develop their skills. For fine art classes I teach different techniques such as oil paint, watercolor and many more.

Passionate about history, I am at your disposal for any help you would need to organize and study your EDM / geography / human sciences courses. Focusing on efficiency, I make sure that the study relies as much as possible on current events in order to make it alive and relevant. All seriously, but always in a good mood.

GRAPHICS & UI/UX DESIGN: My approach is based on the Design Thinking methodology, a 5-step process that allows you to approach complex problems in a creative and effective way. I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

This course offers a dynamic exploration of filmmaking as a timeline, weaving together the evolution of cinematic movements, genres, and influential auteurs with their corresponding geopolitical and historical contexts. Students will examine how film has both reflected and shaped societal narratives across different eras and regions. Key themes and topics include: The Birth of Cinema: Early experiments in motion pictures and the silent era's groundbreaking innovations. Movements and Revolutions: From German Expressionism and Italian Neorealism to the French New Wave and beyond. Genres Across Time: The rise of key genres, such as noir, science fiction, and musicals, and their social significance. Auteur Theory: In-depth analysis of iconic directors whose works have defined and challenged cinematic norms. Global Perspectives: Exploration of world cinema, including Asian, African, and Latin American contributions to the art form. Cinema as Social Commentary: Films as responses to historical moments, such as wars, revolutions, and cultural shifts. By tracing the interplay between filmmaking and historical events, students will gain a deeper appreciation for the art form’s capacity to influence and be influenced by the world around it.

Learn the methodology in dissertation and document analysis from middle school as well as high school. This is what is present in History Geography and in the HGGSP specialty, and I offer courses aimed, in addition to helping the learning of courses in these subjects, to put it into practice in an exercise with a built methodology. It is this methodology that I teach, in order to provide the student with independence. I can also provide homework help in these classes, as well as re-explain and repeat poorly understood course points. As for speaking in public, it is necessary for the oral exams at the end of high school. I have been part of a debate group for 3 years and have acquired a certain mastery there. I am a student in high school, in the final year and I already have experience in helping with homework in my high school. I also chose the HGGSP specialty (geopolitics and political science) in second and I obtained my baccalaureate in this subject.

I give support, homework help and refresher courses in middle school in French, English, history-geography, mathematics in 6th and 5th grade, and in French, English, history-geography in 4th and 3rd grade. I have a Bac + 5 and I have been giving lessons for 10 years. During the first lesson, I ask to consult the student's lessons since the beginning of the year in order to get an idea of their level and the elements that will need to be reviewed and consolidated.

This French course is designed for students of all levels, whether you are beginner, intermediate or advanced. The main objective of the course is to improve your French skills, including reading, writing, listening and speaking. Course content : French Grammar: We'll cover the basics of French grammar, including verb tenses, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions and more. French vocabulary: Each week, we will explore different vocabulary themes to help you express yourself more easily in French. Listening skills: We will use audio and video resources to improve your listening comprehension of French. Speaking Skills: Conversation activities and classroom presentations will help you improve your ability to speak French fluently. French Culture: We will also explore French culture, including history, art, literature and cuisine to give you a deeper understanding of the language. Learning Objectives: By the end of this course, you should be able to understand and speak French with more confidence and accuracy. You will also have a better understanding of French culture. I am an international contemporary art curator with 15 years experience working with public and private collections. I am currently undertaking a PhD, developing alternative contemporary art narratives within heritage collections. This course is intended to students andadults who want to familiarise with curatorial practice prior to undertake a Master, to current students in curatorial pracitce for further advice and tutorials, as well as to emergent artists or students in contemporay art who ned further support in working with a space. Due to the flexible nature of the course, what I offer is: * Courses on the theoretical foundations of curating and 'the curatorial', * Tutorials in planning, conceptualising and delivering exhibitions, * Tutorials in planning, conceptualising and delivering programmes of events and workshops, * Creating meaningful dialogues between artworks in a space * Developing interpretation material corresponding to your own project.

History and Political Science are intertwined subjects with multidisciplinary approaches. To study one of these, one must understand the other. I offer classes that teach either of the two subjects, as well as both (if required) with aspect to the other. How often have we wondered about historical events with respect to Politics? Do we know that the Romanovs were related to the British Royal Family and how their brutal killings was shaped by geopolitics of the era, or how Hitler's death was a highly controversial political debate? You see how history and politics cannot be separated. It is also undeniable that having knowledge of the two subjects can help you achieve higher marks and credits, as well as a deeper understanding and passion for the subjects.

With this tutoring class, my aim is to help the student to reach a level of understand of historical event with a methodology that is appropriate for the student and helps him/her. It can be a revision of basic notions seen in school or it can be the preparation of an exam .
