I currently work at a Pupil Referral Unit in Salford as a KS1 teacher but also have experience teaching KS2. I specialise in teaching Grammar, punctuation and spelling in English. Prior to teaching I have 7 years experience in education by being a high level maths teaching assistant and tutoring. I gained my secondary maths PGCE from Manchester metropolitan university and I also have a degree in Economics I have always believed there is more than one way to teach mathematics which is why I learn about the children and assess how they learn, which enables me to plan series of lessons that suit their needs.
