Galamian) Welcome to my studio. Here you will learn everything you need to develop in the art of the violin. In addition, we will work on the sense of rhythm and hearing and I will offer you complementary documentation to introduce you to the fascinating world of classical music and the violin. My classes follow the Suzuki method, but I am interested in knowing about the student and their tastes in order to be able to provide the best study plan. We will use technical fundamentals and many practical examples. I am a graduate of RCSMM (Madrid) and DePaul University School of Music (Chicago) and I have had experience in orchestra, chamber music and as a teacher. I have played as a recitalist in venues both in Europe and the US and received a Fulbright scholarship for my postgraduate studies. I offer my classes in both Spanish and English in case you prefer a more bilingual experience.

To create the best context for learning music it is very important that you like the music you are composing or playing and that you enjoy the process. That is why I like to offer a wide range of possibilities and discover together with each student what is the best way to go. And the answer is always in the tastes, desires and expectations of the one who is learning. I believe that technique, improvisation, notions of musical composition, theory and analysis should be learned through the music that you like to compose and the music that you already know how to play. And not as an abstract knowledge. The best way to assimilate music is by writing and playing it and facing the challenges that each piece, song or composition offers. It is important to remember that music can be made from scratch regardless of your level or age.

Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...). The most important matter that I could write here about is my passion to teach. I've been teaching already for more than 10 years, from kids to adults. I'm a classical pianist, but I am opened to other musical styles. What I want you to get from your lessons with me, is not only a huge knowledge of theorical stuff or a great technique, I would like to show you my musical world, the imagination and inner exploration that is required to understand and to love music in a whole new level.
