In addition, we will work on the sense of rhythm and hearing and I will offer you complementary documentation to introduce you to the fascinating world of classical music and the violin. My classes follow the Suzuki method, but I am interested in knowing about the student and their tastes in order to be able to provide the best study plan. We will use technical fundamentals and many practical examples. I am a graduate of RCSMM (Madrid) and DePaul University School of Music (Chicago) and I have had experience in orchestra, chamber music and as a teacher. I have played as a recitalist in venues both in Europe and the US and received a Fulbright scholarship for my postgraduate studies. I offer my classes in both Spanish and English in case you prefer a more bilingual experience.

To create the best context for learning music it is very important that you like the music you are composing or playing and that you enjoy the process. That is why I like to offer a wide range of possibilities and discover together with each student what is the best way to go. And the answer is always in the tastes, desires and expectations of the one who is learning. I believe that technique, improvisation, notions of musical composition, theory and analysis should be learned through the music that you like to compose and the music that you already know how to play. And not as an abstract knowledge. The best way to assimilate music is by writing and playing it and facing the challenges that each piece, song or composition offers. Hi, I’m Cassie Kinoshi—a British jazz saxophonist, award-winning composer, and Trinity Laban Conservatoire graduate, now based in Berlin. I’m currently looking for a couple of private saxophone and/or composition students who are keen to develop their skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Saxophone Lessons: With a strong background in Jazz and improvised music, I offer saxophone lessons tailored to each student’s needs—whether you’re preparing for ABRSM or Royal College exams (or other equivalent examination boards), exploring jazz improvisation, or just playing for fun.
