Hello! My name is Almu and I am 24 years old. I offer private English classes online by Skype and at home in Madrid at all levels, even if you are an adult and want to learn the language of 0 or prepare for exams. I was also working and living as an au pair in different parts of Ireland for 2 years, from 2019 to 2021, with different families and children from 3 to 11 years old. I like to adapt to the level and age of the student, that English is learned at all ages in a natural, dynamic and fun way, especially for the little ones, I like to teach the language in a more playful way with crafts, songs, games and situations of everyday life in English. My classes last from one to 2 hours and are very dynamic: first we see what unit of the book the student is going through and what it is about, we review the last thing he has given and I help him understand the activities he has. I organize the content of each unit in grammar, verbs and vocabulary, and I focus on the 4 language skills: speaking, listening, writing and reading. With the kids we do games in English, crafts, listening or reading, and with teenagers or adults I like to use music or movies or series that they like to translate a song or a scene from English to Spanish. If you want to learn English from 0, I take a level test in the first class to adapt to your level and progress little by little, teaching English with everyday life situations and focusing on the 4 skills, vocabulary and the structure of the language in in terms of grammar, syntax and verbs, to get to speak English like a native and to be able to understand the different accents.
