My name is Isabel, I am a Spanish cellist. I love teaching, I also learn a lot from it, and I have experience teaching both children and adults in institutions such as the Music School of Lugano. In my lessons I focus on building a good physical and mental relationship with the instrument in order to learn how to handle it healthily and effectively. Always apply theory in connection with practice. I now play as an academic with the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra. The price of the class can be adjusted to your capabilities. Music can be fun to learn and explore and I would love to show you that during my lessons. I am fluent in German, Portuguese, Spanish and English. The lessons can have the duration of 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 mins. They can also be online, at my location or at the students location. According to each person needs and preferences. The main goal of these lessons will be to help you reach your expectations as a cello player and as a musician, either you want to delve into improvisation, methodology or just prepare for an exam I do my best to adapt my lessons to your needs. Also along the way I hope I can help you discover new works or music genres and also help you understand musical notation. The most important part is that you improve and learn how to express yourself through music regularly and have fun with that knowledge. My lessons and teachings are never the same. I don’t follow just a method or a “Cello Schule”. I insert a lot of different subjects, games and improvisation during lessons to make them more creative and fun. Every student has their individual needs and my teaching focuses on that. I have taught at Academy environments but also as a private tutor in person or via the internet (skype, zoom, etc). I studied my Bachelor in Zaragoza (Spain), and then moved to Switzerland to study my Master. From September I will start a Master in Contemporary Music at HSLU. In the field of teaching I have 3 years of experience in Spain: I used to teach saxophone and theory in music schools and I also used to give private lessons. I consider myself very open when it comes to teach: I like to personalize my teaching depending on the student’s level, goals and tastes, although I always remain confidently when it comes to the playing technique! I’ve worked with both children and adults of different levels and also different styles of music. My main goal is always for the students to develop their creativity! I love when a student is curious and lively and challenges me to know better how music and my instrument works. As for my experience: I am a violin teacher at ElCamm, and I have been giving private lessons for more than 5 years. I finished my studies at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Malaga, with Lorenzo Triviño. Clarinet is considered one of the most popular instruments in Western music and was W.A. Mozart's favorite instrument. I am a clarinetist and clarinet teacher and completed my studies in Germany and Austria. At the moment I play actively in various ensembles and orchestras with repertoire from baroque to modern. I also teach privately for all ages. In my lessons I will not only be happy to work with you on the piece of music, I also attach great importance to what helps you individually when playing - e.g.: breathing techniques, posture, performance coaching, etc. :-) I look forward to every inquiry and let's make music with clear, nice sounds :-)

My name is Marie and I'm originally from Paris. I began my music studies at the age of 5 and then studied flute with F. Chatoux, the principal flutist of the Paris Opera. After receiving the highest study award at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris from N. Rozat, I joined P. Grehl's class in music at the HSLU Lucerne in the summer of 2018. In the summer of 2021, I completed my bachelor's degree with Pirmin Grehl in Lucerne and am currently completing my music education studies at Pirmin Grehl with a minor in orchestra under Sarah Rumer. I have won first prize twice in national competitions in France and Switzerland. I would like to pass on my passion and skills to everyone who wants to play this wonderful instrument, whether to support the teacher at the conservatory or for your own enjoyment. I adapt to each individual's personality, their musical wishes for the repertoire and their goals. I will accompany you as far as you wish, with fun with music, hard work and a good mood!

As a multidisciplinary double bass player, I play FreeLance in orchestras in France and Switzerland. I also studied jazz in Paris and play a lot of improvised music (jazz, tango, bossa nova...). As a student on the bachelor's degree in harp at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, I have been playing the harp for 15 years. After completing my master's degree in sound engineering in Paris, I came to Lucerne to continue my music studies. I love teaching and often work as a substitute in Freienbach, Einsiedeln and Genève. Dear music lovers, I am a Master's graduate of HSLU Music and offer double bass lessons for anyone who would like to just play the double bass. The offer is valid for everyone from beginners to advanced level musicians. I am an active freelance musician and I am doing a second master pedagogy at the HSLU Musik.
