I am Mehek, a second-year university student studying in London. I am studying psychology, and my passion for psychology stems from years ago. I have always been passionate and interested in studying psychology, which is why I took it at both IGCSE and IB levels. I scored a Level 7 in IB psychology, I am very focused and dedicated to my work. I have previously taught students psychology and I like to focus on the syllabus you are studying and your strengths and weaknesses. I prefer to tailor each lesson according to what you feel you lack knowledge of and what you need to know in order to do well. I am a Doctor of Psychology and researcher. Since October 2016 I have been successfully tutoring many B.A. and M.A. and Ph.D. level students and professionals who required help with Psychology (AS, A-level, and Degree level), Data analysis, SPSS, jamovi, JASP, R, Statistics, Research Methods, or were looking for assistance with their research projects/ theses/ dissertations. I have excelled in my studies since GCSEs to A-Levels and now in University so I hope to use my expertise in the biological sciences to teach you everything related to biology and medicine at all educational levels. Psychology is a difficult subject when explained in a confusing manner I have found way to understand the subject in an easier way. I am dyslexic and found myself ways to achieve an A in my alevels and I am studying psychology at the moment in university.

Psychology has become a sought-after course in recent years, with more and more children enrolling in it either in school or when they go to university. However, a lot of educational institutions focus solely on the theoretical perspective of psychology and techniques associated with therapy, with little to no impact on the real world being assessed. As a practitioner and student in the field, I like to combine theory and practicality when I teach. This helps the child learn the concept better with an actual experience. I feel that experience-based learning makes concept learning and understanding more effective. I will also help in framing answers for the exam-based questions and will also look into taking practice papers for the same. When it comes to languages, both English and Hindi have been a pivotal part of my schooling, and Hindi is spoken at home to this day. I believe that grammar and spoken English are at the top of the pedestal, and it is with confidence building that we can work on understanding English as a language. Hindi too as a language will require greater grammatical understanding so as to make the writing part of it more effective. As your tutor, I will tap onto all aspects, writing, speaking, and grammar, so that we leave no stone unturned and help you progress in this avenue better.
