I grew up in Turkey and lived there for 19 years, therefore I'm proficient in the street-usage of the language, its vernaculars for different regions and the academic/literary usage of Istanbul Turkish in reading and writing. I'm a philosophy student at KU Leuven at the moment, which allows me to understand English and Turkish languages in their semiotic levels and teach them with an easy to grasp pedagocial perspective.
