About Me
I am Chinese, I have been practicing and teaching yoga for 8 years and I learned yoga in the Indian yoga town named Rishikesh.Besides yoga, my major was Social and Health Psychology, and I am a licensed CBT psychologist as well.
In general, I use yoga (meditation) and psychology to help clients with their physical and mental health, and it always has a good outcome.
I am a peaceful, energetic girl who always loves smiling and has a positive attitude about everything.

Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding.
