I teach young students how to play and perfect playing Violin. depending on students level of playing, I teach and help them to have better understanding of music. My main goal is to make them fall in love with music and especially with violin. I teach classical music, therefore it is important to also know some basic facts about the pieces and composers that will come along on this amazing journey. I will help students to gain better understanding on how to practice and i will try my best to help them in any way they struggle with Violin. I understand how extremely difficult it is to be able to play Violin and especially perfect it and thats why it is very important to help students with their technique and sound.

Together we can develop your skill as a cello player, building a strong technical and musical foundation. We will find a learning style that best suits you. We can study the cello repertoire and traditional techniques and we can also explore the cello in less traditional ways - improvising, writing music, using electronics and combining it with other instruments.

Being both an instrumentalist (guitar) and singer (baritone), my approach is based on the combination of singing and accompanying oneself with an instrument (piano, guitar, etc.). I develop a solid foundation which allows the student's vocal possibilities to be opened up in the pleasure of discovery and music.

With beginner saxophone students, we will first work on proper instrument holding and posture. Then, before blowing into the saxophone, we will practice long-tone exercises using the mouthpiece. Once comfortable with these fundamentals, we will start producing sound from the instrument and learning the notes. We will focus on long-tone exercises to develop control and consistency. We gradually start incorporating short exercises or simple melodies as the student progresses. Learning and progressing on an instrument mostly depends on the student's dedication and practice habits. If you love music and commit time to it, you can reach a good level in a short period!

If you have the desire to learn the harp from the ground, learning the songs you like best, prepare for an exam, hear an orchestra or a public concert, do not hesitate to contact me. Currently, I work as an audio engineer, mixing and mastering songs for clients as well as recording in major studios across the city, as well as working remotely for the studio that I started in Oxford (Lenka's Studios).
