I am a qualified piano teacher with a master's degree in 2004 from the Zurich University of Music and Theater and have been teaching piano and music theory to students of various grades for several years. The course is aimed, among other things, at anyone who would like to learn more about music theory or who would like to receive tutoring for music lessons (e.g. in high school or secondary school).

As a professional musician, having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Musical Performance in Barcelona and a Master's degree in Musical Performance in Strasbourg, I offer music theory lessons at home. Thanks to my experience as a music theory teacher and saxophonist, I am able to support students of all levels, adapting my teaching method to their specific needs. Qualified piano teacher gives piano lessons for children, young people and adults in Bern. The lessons can be taken either in the form of face-to-face lessons with the teacher or with the student at home. It is also possible to take the lessons exclusively, or in exceptional cases, online.

Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. The lessons would take place at my home in Mol or via webcam. If necessary, we can always agree on something else. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. For some people there is only one way to tackle the unmentionable but I believe there are many different approaches and one of them will click with you. It is simply finding out what is best for each person. Once we find the key we can unlock the problems that have puzzled you for ages. Learning to play an instrument is an amazing skill to possess! I have been playing guitar for 12 years now and piano for 2 years. Playing instrument provides me with a hobby that is equal parts calming and fun, it brings joy to me and to others. It is best to start learning music at a young age however, it is never too late to pick up a new skill! I myself have recently tried learning the cello and it is exciting to say the least. I have many years experience tutoring and teaching both academically and musically. I have taught ages 4-15 years old in the past as well as having many years experience in customer service.
