Over my three years of teaching experience, I've discovered that learning music is meant to be fun. The clarinet is the perfect instrument to discover it that way! I teach beginner lessons in French, English, or Polish. I approach each student individually and focus on good basic technique and developing the student's creativity and musicality. With me, you'll discover the clarinet by learning to improvise and read sheet music. During the lessons we will learn some basic concepts of musical theory, we will know different instruments and music genres. Of course we will also sing and play different songs. The goal of this course is to get familiar with music as a way of playing and expressing ideas and emotions, all in a fun and respectful environment.

One of the goals of the course? to pass on my passion and make music. Together, whether you are beginners or experienced, we will explore: -work on sound, posture -the study of music (jazz, improvisation, funk, rock, world music etc.) -work on your creativity. -hand and foot coordination -develop your own autonomy with the instrument -rhythmic reading, technique (snare drum etc.) J I always take care to adapt and shape my student's course for him/her. I have participated in numerous courses of music pedagogy, and I continue to train in the specialty of early music. Hi, I'm Laura, I'm a cellist and I love to share my musical knowledge with other people. I have experience with students of all ages and I believe that there is no right age to start learning to play an instrument. I adapt my lessons to the objectives and tastes of each student. I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools/muziekacademies). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes.

Your body is your instrument when singing. We try to make that instrument sound as beautiful as possible by working on sound formation. This allows the vocal cords to move more freely, so that you get tired less quickly when singing. Your voice becomes fuller and you can sing higher and lower notes. During the singing lessons we also work on articulation, the pronunciation of foreign languages and also on the meaning of and your feelings about a particular piece. Of course you decide what kind of music you will sing. Whether you sing alone in the shower or whether you are in a choir and encounter certain difficulties in general or with a specific piece? YOUR OWN INSTRUMENT As a singer you already have one advantage over instrumentalists: you do not have to buy an (expensive) instrument. As a Vienna-based, internationally active violinist and chamber musician, I completed my concert exam at the State University of Music Trossingen (Germany) and am currently studying at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK). With a master's degree from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW), I have been helping people discover the joy of the violin through shared music-making—whether in lessons, chamber music, or on stage—since my student days!
