Later, at the age of seven, I eagerly embraced the violin, adding its enchanting melodies to my repertoire. I achieved a professional mid-grade in both piano and violin. Fueled by my love for music, I moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands, to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Codarts University of Arts. Under the guidance of teachers like Natasha Morozova and Hed Yaron Meyerson, I refined my skills and nurtured my artistic vision. After completing my Bachelor's studies, I continued my musical exploration in Codarts' Master's program. Alongside my classical training, I've always been intrigued by the therapeutic potential of music. In 2023, I earned certification in Music Therapy, expanding my horizons and deepening my connection to the healing power of music. In collaboration with my colleagues, I am member of the Olga Trio. Our mission is to highlight the works of women composers throughout history. Our debut performance at the IV Concurso Nacional de Interpretación de Obras de Mujeres Compositoras was a proud moment, affirming our commitment to amplifying diverse voices in music. In a class, she is very skilled at offering depth for someone who has some turkish understanding as well as being accessible to a beginner. My daughter whose mother tongue is not Tamil is taking Tamil lessons with Shyam. Shyam is a very good teacher and uses very good teaching materials to teach her. She very much enjoys the lessons and we find that she is quickly picking up the language and we look forward to further lessons with Shyam. We are very happy to have him as her Tamil teacher.
