Learn and understand Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry With the Specialist.
As a dedicated tutor with over six years of experience, I specialize in teaching Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry to students of all levels, from primary school to university. My academic background is robust, holding honors degrees from both the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Medicine. This diverse educational experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in scientific principles and the analytical skills necessary for effective teaching. My tutoring journey began while I was still at university, where I was consistently ranked among the top of my class. This early start ignited my passion for education and set the stage for a fulfilling career in tutoring. My teaching approach is carefully tailored to meet each student’s individual needs. I recognize that every learner has a unique style and pace, and I strive to adapt my methods accordingly. Whether a student requires in-depth explanations of complex theories or concise summaries of key concepts, I ensure that my lessons cater to their specific requirements. This flexibility allows me to build a strong foundation in core concepts while guiding students through practical problem-solving techniques that are essential for mastering the subjects. In my lessons, I focus not only on helping students grasp the subject matter but also on developing critical thinking and analytical skills. I believe that understanding the "why" behind mathematical and scientific concepts is crucial for long-term retention and application. Therefore, I encourage students to engage in discussions, ask questions, and explore the material deeply. This interactive approach fosters a love for learning and promotes intellectual curiosity, which is vital for success in any academic endeavor. I offer tutoring sessions in various formats to accommodate different preferences and circumstances. Students can choose in-person sessions at my location or opt for online tutoring using an interactive whiteboard and video platforms like Zoom or Skype. This modern setup provides a seamless learning experience that is just as effective as face-to-face instruction. My goal is to create an engaging and supportive environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn. Over the years, I have had the privilege of witnessing many of my students achieve outstanding results, including grades of "Excellent," "Very Good," and "Good." This success is particularly rewarding when I see students who initially struggled make significant progress. By identifying and addressing their unique learning gaps, I help them develop the confidence and skills necessary to excel in their studies. I am committed to empowering students with the tools they need to succeed in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. My lessons are designed to demystify complex concepts and make them clear and accessible. I strive to instill a sense of accomplishment in each student, guiding them to reach their maximum potential. In addition to academic support, I also emphasize the importance of cultivating a growth mindset. I encourage my students to view challenges as opportunities for growth, helping them develop resilience and perseverance that will serve them well beyond the classroom. If you are seeking a dedicated tutor who can provide personalized support and foster academic excellence, I invite you to reach out. Whether you are a student looking to improve your grades or a parent seeking guidance for your child, I am here to help. Let’s embark on a journey of discovery and achievement together, ensuring that every student can excel in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry!

Nicolas
Private math lessons by experienced teacher currently in post
Hello, my name is Nicolas, I am 35 years old and the public to which I am the most accustomed is that of preparatory classes for the grandes écoles, for mathematics lessons in general. However, I also have experience in preparing students from the second to the third year of the license because of the large number of hours of lessons that I have given as well as the many students followed. My teaching method consists of clarifying the course first, making sure that each definition and theorem is well understood. We then discuss the basic exercises and techniques, and finally, if the course followed is demanding, tackle more complicated exercises or even competition subjects. I have just arrived in Brussels as part of a job at the University and look forward to communicating my interest in science to as many people as possible. My background and my research interests also allow me to intervene in physical sciences or computer science.

Math, physics, mechanics, in FR/NL/ENG by a polytechnic civil engineer.
I can help you pass your exams: - math (analysis, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, etc.) - physics (kinematics, energy, waves, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, etc.) - entry level (engineering, medicine, etc.) for primary, secondary and higher levels. My specificity is to be able to give lessons in three languages: French, Dutch and English thanks to an FR education at home and studies and work in NL and ENG. I make sure to establish a relationship of trust with the student by listening to their needs and providing solutions in a relaxed and studious atmosphere at the same time. My teaching technique includes two axes: - Structure the steps of the exercises and if necessary explain them in different ways until 100% understanding. - Based on the theory and exercises seen in class in order to best prepare the student for exams. Do not hesitate to call me for more information, we will look together at how I can help you achieve your goals.

Private lessons in chemistry - math - physics - bio
Graduated in Chemistry at the Free University of Brussels, I offer teaching accessible to all and help in preparing questions or exams. (or simple upgrade) Sciences are often hard to assimilate because of their sometimes abstract nature or because of the enormous amount of information to remember. My goal is to help the student progress at their own pace through a real understanding of the material. What's the point of remembering if you don't understand. I check whether the material has been assimilated from one lesson to the next and I can provide additional exercises if necessary.

Martin
