Conservatoire graduate student gives beginner and intermediate guitar lessons

This class is aimed for children between the ages of 8-13 who would like to begin developing their vocal technique and find their own unique voice early whilst working in a group scenario. My Group Singing workshop is a mixture of improvisation and technique. Add to that the fun singing with other like-children and you’re looking at a contender for the highlight of your week! This class is designed to build confidence and promote individual personal and social development and is taught in a fun yet disciplined way. With a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 6 students per class each student will have the opportunity to perform a solo song and also a group song each week with individual feed back and technique advice each week.

Musician since the age of 15, I teach for more than 10 years as a private teacher. I'm Giorgos and i teach Lute and Classical guitar! I have over 15 years of teaching experience, and have studied and have my Degrees from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, both in Classical Guitar as well as Historical Plucked instruments. I regularly perform in concert halls with orchestras and groups all around Europe, perform with my own ensembles based in Brussels and Italy, and enjoy an active teaching schedule. My aim with teaching is to find the best way to facilitate the student to find their own voice and direction, and to help steer them on their preferred road of performance. The schedule and repertoire are decided by the student, and we plot a course together depending on your goals, whether that's aiming to place into an academy or the conservatories, or if you just enjoy playing music as a hobby and wish that it accompanies you through your life!
