Dhrupad is a sophisticated art form of Indian Classical music. At the core of this music lies the practice of Kharaj, which involves early morning vocal exercises. This practice effectively strengthens the vocal cords. In addition to this, the main lessons will encompass the practice of Sargam in Ragas like Yaman or Bhairav, followed by Alap and composition practices.

However, if you lack a passion for music or the instrument itself, I advise against pursuing it.
