I started taking violin lessons at the age of 7. After years of training, I am currently continuing my violin studies at Utrecht Conservatory. I have also attended music theory classes for 6 years because it is very useful to have some knowledge of it when playing any instrument. If you would like, I would be more than happy to share some knowledge of music theory along with the violin lessons. Lessons are private and not in groups.

Hi everyone! I am a viola player from Belarus. I completeness my bachelor degree at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague and currently doing my masters in HKU Utrechts Conservatorium. As well as playing viola, I have a lot of knowledge about music theory, as it was accompanying me through my entire career. I am teaching all levels, all ages, all kind of stile on the violin or viola. Of course mostly classical, but if you wish we can also play folk, pop or other kind of songs. We can focus on playing, on musicality, technical skills, chamber music, as you wish. We could also do general music education, or basic practical musical skills and training the ears. I don't use one specific method since I feel every person function differently I i like to design something personal what works the best.

I am a viola and violin teacher who graduated from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague with a specialization in Education, as a three-year minor course as part of the Bachelor of Music. I am currently studying for my master's at Codarts Rotterdam. I have experience teaching music to kids and teenagers, beginners and advanced levels. Adults are very welcome too! :) We will make music together, I accompany my students with my viola or piano (if any). We will also learn music theory integrated with the instrument class.

Teacher at Strijkdomain (The Hague), Conservatory in The Hague, Vuurvlinderschool, Geldelandschool en a Het Klooster (Woerden). I was under the tutelage of the great violin pedagogue Mr. Mauricio Fuks at Indiana University (USA) for 3 consecutive years (2018-2021) becoming his teaching assistant for 3 years (2018-2021). Moreover, I have taught young violinists in Elementary Schools, (e.g. Fairview Elementary School) and also collegiate students in the Jacobs School of Music (US). In Spain, I have teaching experience in several music schools instructing violinists ranging from 3 to 70 years of age. I have also worked with ADHD and autistic students with a great passion for violin playing and music-making. I hold a master's in Violin Performance at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag and in Psychology and Music (UNED). I have an excellent command of English, and Dutch and a good working knowledge of French. I base my teaching method on Suzuki and Galamian methods, which I combine with a wide repertoire of progressive violin pieces. Come and have a lesson with me!

I am a violin and piano teacher from Cape Town South Africa where I graduated with Honours in a Bachelor in violin performance from the University of Cape Town with distinction. Most recently I graduated from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague (2021) with a Master's Degree in Music Education (specialising in violin). I have 7 years of violin teaching experience and 3 years of piano teaching experience. Most of my students have been young children but I have also had students of all ages, from children as young as three years old to adults who are in retirement. Attending Kodaly training at the conservatory has equipped me to teach from an auditory and songs based perspective, where singing is integrated into the instrumental lessons. I also use movement inside of lessons, as I have had some training inside of the Dalcroze eurhythmics approach. This approach sees movement as the embodiment of the music. I also actively incorporate elements of creativity in my teaching, for example creating improvisations, or making musical stories. In terms of my own experience in music, I have performed as a solo violinist with the orchestra as well as being an ad hoc tutti violinist for the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra, and with the baroque violin for the Camerata Tinta Barocca and Cape Consort. I have performed with traditional African musicians and ensembles, as well as with dancers for instance in MusicDance021 which is an interdisciplinary real-time composition project.
