Hi! My name is Eduardo, a professional musician and long-time music teacher. I am offering physical and online lessons in Music Theory, Improvisation and Instrument. #Harmony #Composition #Solfège #Saxophone #Clarinet #Piano Lessons are addressed to every student profile, regardless of age, level of expectations (no matter if it is seen as a hobby or rather if the individual is getting prepared for official Conservatory auditions, etc.). We will play and/or focus on what the student is willing to deepen into (whatever music style they are interested in, more theoretical aspects or rather practical ones), trying to get the maximum profit of the employed time, and prioritising the actual learning of the person as the main factor for their motivation. I obtained my Jazz Music Master's program at the Prince Claus Conservatoire of Groningen in June 2022. Previously, in 2018, I graduated from my music Bachelor's at the Conservatorio Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona (Spain).

Learn to translate your creative ideas into your music! During these lessons you learn composition techniques to create your own compositions or to improve them. Techniques to help you to give a voice to your musical ideas! Your tunes for several instrumentations, e.g.: strings, woodwinds, brasses, percussion, jazz, pop/rock, or various combinations. We discuss what your musical preferences are and which way we go. In any case, fun is paramount! There's also the possibility to learn about Harmony and Keyboard Voicings (Chords/Harmony), and/or Jazz Hanon (Chord-Melody). These methods can be put into practice with Harmony Progressions (also with your own Compositions/Tunes, etc.), so we we can see how Harmony works with the concept of Functional Harmony and beyond. The lessons are for all ages/levels and are taught in Dutch, English, Spanish, Catalan or Portuguese. Online lessons are also possible via Skype, Zoom or Face Time!

Hi! I am a classically trained pianist holding one Master's Degree from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag and another from Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo do Porto, Portugal (ESMAE). I have been teaching for the past 6 years and I am open to adapting my methods to each student. I like to teach my students how to navigate music with and without scores, encouraging them to explore the keyboard through basic improvisation games or ear training. In my lessons, my students will be able to learn how to read scores, learn basic music theory, or develop their piano technique. Being it through classical or pop music (or any other type of music the student likes), I hope to be able to share my love for music with my students and encourage them to explore their more creative side.

A little bit about me: I’m a Spanish girl with a Bachelor's degree in piano. Living in The Hague right now, I can go to your home. I’ve teaching piano for a few years. I adapt my classes to the level of the student and their needs. I can teach in Spanish and English.

As an experienced solo pianist and ensemble player, I would love to share with you my passion for music. I believe that practicing an instrument can be a great activity for everybody. It trains coordination, memory, and multitasking skills and brings a lot of satisfaction and fun. We can adjust activities in our lessons to your personal goals. I am a pianist from Japan with two master's degrees in Germany. I am currently teaching many students in the Hague. I am a student at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in the Early Music department, the beautiful and special instrument Harpsichord is my main subject and my passion. I am offering harpsichord, piano and solfège, lessons, on top of music theory for beginners and intermediate levels at home and also online. The moment of engagement between the performer and the listener it is the most intense feeling I’ve ever felt. It is a very unexpected moment, it just happens and there you are holding your instrument in front of people you are sharing your performance with. Suddenly everyone is waiting for you to continue the story you have been telling and everyone is just at the same time on the same place and you have what they need: a message they want to hear and they know you will share it with them. So once you do you reach that sensation, that moment, and what happens afterwards it is magic! It is absolutely wonderful how one, a hundred or even thousands of humans can be on hold for the same message and once it is delivered they just feel it the same exactly way as you do. This sensation is not only happening on a performance but also on a teaching situation. I’ve been teaching for some year from children to adults and I discovered that if you put all your energy all your love and passion and you give it all as a teacher or as a student you can reach this magical communication levels! Which makes a lesson such an experience! That is why as a teacher I am mostly focused on creativity and trough it the discoveries of your instrument always basing this process on your goals and ambitions which are the most important pillars of a musician!! I started playing the piano when I was 8 years old. By that time I already could feel I would become a professional musician and teacher. I got my first bachelor in piano in 2007. When I was 13 years old, I started having harpsichord lessons and expanding my knowledge of classical and early music. In 2012 I got my bachelor degree in harpsichord and in 2014 my master degree at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague. Currently, I’m working with my ensemble, teaching piano and harpsichord, and am now doing my Ph.D. in Performative Arts at Leiden University I absolutely love to teach and pass my experience as a musician to my students on both instruments. I like to see them improving and have fun while playing. I work with several ways of teaching, depending on the student level and music background. Normally I work with piano methods with kids from 9 -12 years old. I can teach music theory if necessary and if it will improve the student’s needs to progress and reach their goals, I do that with pleasure. Harmony and a bit of keyboard improvisation are also very welcome to the class. My specialty is classical music, more specifically, baroque music, although I have notions of pop, jazz, and improvisation. Because I have sporting and personal training backgrounds, I’m specialized also on correcting postures and eventually avoid or solve pain issues when regarding playing.

Hello! My name is Marta, I come from Poland and my biggest passion in life is music. I have been studying it since I was six years old. I started with the piano and then I gradually became more interested in harpsichord and early music. I graduated from Music School in Poland in 2017 and then the Academy of Music which I finished in 2022 with a master's degree in harpsichord. In 2024 I graduated from Royal Conservatoire in Hague. I was working as a tutor since I was 17 years old therefore I have a lot of experience working with children, students, and adults. I teach in a calm and nice atmosphere. I am also very patient and capable of adjusting the level of classes for all of my students. Now, at 22, I have come far, and I still continue further developing my abilities at the keyboard. I am passionate about playing, as I am passionate about teaching. Learn Piano the way it pleases you! I'm a pianist with 25 years of experience in Classical Music. I took three semesters of a Bachelor in Piano course at UECE - University of the State of Ceará, in Brazil, but I have been giving private piano lessons, even before that, for 15 years, the youngest of my students being 5 years old. I have far more experience with Classical Music, but I also played rock in a few bands. I also studied Electronic music production, so I'm very open to whatever type of music you want to learn. I used to teach for intermediate level as well, but since I had a hemorrhagic stroke in 2019, I developed a condition that I can’t look down with my eyes for a long time, because it makes me feel really bad, therefore I had to stop playing the piano. The reason why I can only teach for beginners is that the songs are shorter, so I can still play them to demonstrate for the student.
