Hello everyone! I am a Georgian who was born in Moscow and lived there for 12 years. Russian is my first language and I speak it fluently. I am very good at explaining Russian grammar and I can help with expanding your Russian vocabulary. In general, lessons will include speaking, grammar and listening exercises. I have a lot of handouts for practicing Russian and some handouts that explain grammar rules in details. Also, I would like you to think of what you want to improve, and I am sure together we will make this work!

I am a professional English teacher with over 8 years experience in various teaching roles. I have experience of teaching all ages from 3 up to 65+ in group classes or 1-on-1. Specific purpose teaching such as public speaking or business English also taught. I will always make the class exciting, fun and full of laughter. I think people learn better when they are engaged and enjoying themselves. I have a wide variety of teaching materials too as I currently teach online to Chinese schoolchildren for some hours of the day. I am incredibly flexible and will have a conversation with you before the class to see what learning environment will work best for you or your child. Homework can be set too. I have just come back to Europe after spending 3 years in South Korea as a teacher to children aged 5 - 18. Latin was and remains one of the most historically important languages in Europe. This class will teach you the fundamentals of an ancient and difficult tongue. Classes are flexible depending on the needs and availability of the students. While it may be a challenge, it's also highly rewarding as you can gain a sense of connection to the world with a language with so much history and influence.

I am a native Russian speaker and can teach Russian to English speakers. I can help you to practice grammar, speaking, pronunciation, listening, writing skills. Also can help with learning Russian from the scratch, starting with the alphabet. During my lessons, I primarily teach my students not to be afraid to speak Russian. Before classes, I plan topics on which we can talk to expand our vocabulary, and be able to maintain a conversation on a variety of topics. Also, classes are held in a communication format, so that students learn to understand Russian speech, to be able to ask the questions, reflect on the topic, etc. Depending on the needs of the student, we study the fundamental grammar rules, which are most important for grammatical speech. To consolidate the material, we do various exercises and tests. Usually, these are texts with gaps that need to be filled. We also do oral exercises so that students can apply grammar rules not only in written assignments but also get used to applying them directly in their speech (which is sometimes a problem because we used to forget some rules in our spoken language). Since Russian phonetics is quite complicated, I also select various exercises for diction, adapting them for each student (which is always a lot of fun). I hope to see you on my lessons!

As a person who loves learning languages I know that the best way to learn any is by speaking and talking to people. That is why my classes are focused on conversation and to make people confortable in English. Of course, I can also help with grammar, as I myself did a few certificates (CAE).
