I recently graduated from a Master in Classical Singing and teach people of all levels to become better singers. I have 5 years of teaching experience and have given lessons to all different levels. I truly believe that anyone can sing, if they learn how to! Singing is also known to have a great effect on well-being and health, with its focus on breathing and body. In general I teach classical singing but also have experience teaching musical theatre too. We will explore different types of repertoire from various genres, work on musicianship, musicality and expression and try to improve posture and body awareness to in order to enhance your technique. I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.

VOCAL lessons are divided into 2 parts - 1) Warmup Exercise and 2) Singing Exercise. We do both parts in every lessons. Ideally we spend every 2-3 sessions for each song. For kids, a 30-min online lesson / 45-min face-to-face lesson would be long enough for their attention. For adults, it's good to start with a 50-min online lesson! Also, we do music appreciation occasionally during the session. Some other learning materials like music videos are applied based on song choices.
