Hi, my name is Jim. I'm an electronic music producer with a Master’s degree in Music from the Fontys Academy of Arts (Rockacademie) in Tilburg, Netherlands. One of the highlights of my artistic journey was the Amazonas Project, where I traveled deep into the Amazon rainforest to record and transform natural sounds into a full-length concept album, blending storytelling, sound design, and music into a single experience. I had the honour of headlining my own show at Melkweg Amsterdam, one of the Netherlands' most iconic venues, and curated my own events while performing immersive, self-built live sets with visuals. I’ve also taught technical music skills at professional facilities such as Wisseloord Studios in Hilversum. Hello all, I am Rotem (24), I am a guitarist and a composer, and currently pursuing my master's in music composition and theory in ZHdK. I graduated with honors studying jazz performance with classical composition as a side subject from New England Conservatory (Boston). I have been performing, touring and teaching around the world: New York, Washington DC, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, and more! I have grown up with educaiton both in jazz and classical practices, and therefore am very versatile and fluent with both worlds which i believe creates a unique and interesting perspective for approaching music.
