Viola lessons offer a comprehensive introduction to playing the viola, a string instrument with a warm, deep sound. The lessons are aimed at beginners to moderately advanced players. Students learn basic techniques such as bowing, posture and reading music as well as advanced playing techniques, including vibrato, double stops and phrasing. The focus is on improving playing technique, musical expressiveness and understanding different musical styles, from baroque to modern. Regular exercises and individual feedback help to refine your own playing.

I have been teaching at various music schools for 10 years and have had the privilege of taking violin lessons with children of all ages. With the youngest string players from the age of 3, I provide fun and child-friendly lessons based on the Suzuki method. * But I also accompany young people who want to play the violin as a hobby or who want to prepare for studying as a professional musician. My students play in various orchestras because I try to find opportunities for them to make music together and also to perform if they wish. Thanks to my additional training as a music physiologist, making music in a healthy way is very important to me. Professional violinist, soloist, concert master and teacher offering online violin lessons. I am currently employed as an assistant violin professor at the Ljubljana Music Academy and have been working as concert master of Philharmonie Salzburg and Ljubljana Soloists for the better part of the last decade. My concert experience involves soloistic and chamber music performances at prestigious venues and festivals in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia and China. My pedagogical approach is very systematic and includes technical preparation, musical interpretation, performance practice of different styles and orchestral audition preparation. I studied violin with Igor Ozim at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg and Rainer Schmidt at the Music Academy Basel as well as baroque violin with David Plantier at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. I have lately been dedicating special attention to the performance practice of the baroque and classical eras so you are welcome to consult me on this topic as well as any other violin playing aspect. I am a young and relaxed teacher, willing to adapt my way of teaching to the level and expectation of every individual. Students of all ages and levels are welcome to contact me. I am a violinist, 23 years old from Luxembourg and I am currently doing my Masters degree in Graz (Austria). During the last years I have given violin lessons to various students of all ages and I am very motivated to continue teaching and sharing the love towards music. It is really rewarding for me to support my students and to accompany them on their learning path. Furthermore I followed lessons about pedagogy in music. Many people are passionate about music, but have they ever studied it in their lives? With this course I offer music theory, transverse and recorder classes for all levels, from the youngest to the oldest. The course can be adapted to each student and their preferences when it comes to learning. From getting to know the history of music a little better, learning to read sheet music, learning more about harmony, analyzing compositions or learning a new instrument. These are some of the options but I am always open to students and their preferences.

I will happily help you achieve your musical goals, from the basic fundamentals of piano playing (reading music, positioning your hands on the keys) to building a wonderful sound and technique, allowing you to play anything you wish, from simple melodies to the renown classical piano repertoire of any era.
