At this time, almost the end of the year, we are slowly approaching the CFC exam period. This is why I would like to share my help in preparing you for these exams that you will have at the end of the year. So I help with oral exams in French, German and English. Having myself graduated in 2022, I am perfectly able to support you on this final stretch.

Since 2016, I have been tutoring the Chinese language for both adults and children. I offer Chinese lessons tailored for various purposes such as business, travel, and HSK exam preparation. Additionally, I have experience teaching math to international students from primary school to high school levels, using English as the medium of instruction. I design my lessons according to the specific needs and interests of each student. If necessary, I can provide exercises for practice at home as well as supplementary notes for the lesson.

I have been giving chinese lessons for more than 10 years. Before that, I was a radio broadcaster and a journalist in China, hence I have a perfect pronunciation of the official mandarin, without any accent. It provides my students the best conditions to learn chinese, as the tone you give to words when you speak chinese as a foreigner is of great importance if you want to be understood by natives. I have a strong working experience helping students preparing their HSK exam, I also often teach diplomats, to help them acquire the necessary skills and understand properly the vocabulary specific to their job. I am a Belgian (Flemish) and French student who has recently completed a Master's degree in International Law at the University of Amsterdam. I completed my Bachelor's degree in International Relations at the University of Geneva (magna cum laude) and also spent six months on exchange at UCSB (University of California, Santa Barbara). Additionally, I attended an international high school in France for my secondary education, where I specialized in sciences and achieved a score of 18/20 on the final scientific baccalaureate. The classes at this school were taught in French, english, dutch, and spanish. Here is an overview of my previous tutoring experience: 2021/2022: I worked at "bijlesthuis," a Dutch tutoring institution, where I primarily taught french, dutch, and english to adult learners seeking to improve their language skills. During the same period, I also provided classes to other students through Apprentus. 2021: Through Apprentus and other websites, I assisted several younger students (ages 5-15) in Bern and Geneva, helping them improve their skills in subjects such as math and french. 2017/2020: I worked for three years at a tutoring institution in Geneva called ARA, where I primarily taught french, mathematics, and english. During this time, I also spent two years working at a private school called Florimont, where I supported students aged 11-16 across various subjects by assisting them with their homework. This particular course is intended to help students with academic difficulties concerning the two scientific subjects: biology or chemistry, or also concerning the two languages: French (especially grammar and conjugation) or Italian (Level A1 and A2).
